Warning: NeRd'EeZ Rainbow e-liquid contains a small percentage of ethanol (2% < 4%). The ethanol in the concentrate is to ensure that the liquid is soluble, as it contains certain ingredients that would not be soluble in propylene glycol alone. The carrier is still propylene glycol, however.
