Frequently Asked Vape Questions
My E-Liquid Supplies’ FAQ lists a series of questions and answers that we regularly receive from our customers. We make things simple.
How old do I have to be to buy vape products?
You must be 18 or over to purchase products on My E-Liquid Supplies. We do not supply our products to anyone under age.
How can I pay for my order?
On checkout, we accept credit & debit card payments, and direct bank transfer.
With My E-Liquid Supplies, you’re in safe hands. Both we and our industry-leading card processors are PCI-DSS compliant.
Do you provide wholesale vape products and prices?
Our main products have multi-buy bulk discounts automatically applied when you purchase larger sizes and quantities. The tiered discount information will be presented on the product page’s themselves, and you are free to mix and match between the same categories to benefit extensively.

Which countries do you ship your products to?
We ship our products worldwide to any country that is selectable on checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot ship to it.

Am I charged import duty, custom tax or courier fees?
You may be charged import fees on orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom. This is a result of Brexit, and is out of our control, and they will be charged by the courier before or on delivery of the order.
Refusing to pay the fees will result in the order being returned to us and we will be charged the fees on your behalf. Unfortunately, this would mean that when we refund your order, we need to deduct the courier fees as well as the true shipping fees.
For this reason please make sure you are happy to pay the courier fees and import taxes on delivery of your package(s), before placing an order.
UPS orders (2kg+) are more likely to incur the fees, compared to smaller orders sent via the post office.
Do note, we do everything possible to reduce the fees to a minimum, but ultimately the rates are set by the courier and customs in your country.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

I've not received a tracking ID?
For UK orders, we ask that you simply contact us after the processing/lead time mentioned on the Shipping Information page.
For EU and International orders via Royal Mail, we supply tracking IDs once the order is sent.
For any UPS orders, UPS will automatically send an email that contains a tracking.
Am I insured for any package loss or damage?
We always aim to rectify any issues that occur, and we require your complete cooperation in order to do so.
If an order is lost, and this is evident by the tracking showing no movement after the rare occurrence times stated on the Delivery Information page (variable by location), we will simply ship out a fresh order with no hassle, or provide a refund.

We have a zero tolerance policy to any abuse. Our fantastic customer service team will always help to resolve any issues, where we can. This requires your patience and understanding.
My package has been seized or is being sent back by customs?

Are your e-liquid products halal, kosher, vegan or vegetarian?
Our liquid ingredients are safe for human consumption and are food-grade. We only supply quality products manufactured by heritage companies in the UK and EU.
All our liquids are pure and simple. They do not contain any animal ingredients, and have not been tested on animals. This ensures they do not digress any particular religious belief or lifestyle choice.
Nearly all our flavours are PG based only, and do not contain ethanol/alcohol. However, it is always best to contact us so we can provide up-to-date information in case of any product changes.
Do you provide a collection service?
Unfortunately, we do not have a collection service, as we are strictly an online business.
All orders are to be made on the site and are shipped with accredited delivery companies.
Do you offer discreet packaging or labelling?
We understand many of you don’t want nosy neighbours and family to snoop on your deliveries. It is for this reason we package plainly with no branding, where possible.
For anything else, simply leave a message in the notes box on checkout with any special instructions, and if possible, we will provide a tailored service.
Do you provide samples or testers?
We only provide a set amount of free samples of e-liquid or flavours to businesses.
We always ask you to place orders of smaller bottles to test, before you take the leap in ordering larger bulk amounts. This way, you avoid any dissatisfaction that can occur from taste, as taste is a subjective matter and opinion.
Do I have to steep e-liquid?
We advise you to steep any 0mg bulk e-liquids that you purchase from us, especially darker flavours, as they are all mixed fresh to your requirements when you place an order.
Steeping only has advantages and can get rid of any chemical odours. The flavours will definitely improve tremendously!
We also advise you to shake the bottles before you fill your e-cig tank.

I sent an email and I haven't received a response?
If this occurs we first ask you to white-list our email address by adding it to your address book, so that you receive our mail in your inbox.
We then ask you to check your junk / spam folder.
We always try our best to reply to emails within 24 hours. If you do not see a reply within 3 working days, and there is no notice on the Contact page, then please send us a direct message on our Facebook page.
