1.4Ω regular coils are designed for MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) vaping. This allows added throat-hit due to the higher ohms, which is similar to smoking.
0.6Ω mesh coils are specifically designed for sub-ohm (Direct-to-Lung) vaping. The coils have a larger mesh, which provides a faster heating process and the ability to produce large clouds of vapour.
